#23: Navigating Negative Emotion Without Turning to Food

In the past, with feeling some sort of negative emotion (frustration, anger), I would have turned to food for comfort. 

In this episode I walk you through how I processed a recent disappointment, and the steps I used. 

Not turning to food when you are upset is a skill that can be learned, and I outline how to do this. This skill is the number one reason I have not regained weight.
